How to find a Parrot fish male or female

Blood parrot fish are members of the cichlid family of fish

and possess an inbred deformity of the spine that gives them
 a distinctive, parrot-like profile.

The blood parrotfish is a hybrid fish, developed by breeders

and hobbyists,  that does not exist in the wild and is only

found in aquariums.

 The male and female of this species are often so similar that

 they are impossible to differentiate; however, there are clues

 that may help a parrotfish.

 Examine the dorsal and anal fins.

 If the fins are rounded, the fish is a female. If the parrot fish 

has pointed dorsal and anal fins, the fish could be either a 

male or female.

 Look at the other body characteristics of the fish.

 Males often have a more pronounced separation between the head and the body

Males head look bigger and it can see easily or you can say 

you make difference little bit between head and body

Which is quite impossible for females. Cause female's 

the head is flat and it almost attaches to the body.

 By contrast, females may have smaller gill plates and any lip

deformities may be less prominent than in male blood parrot
 fish.

Normally female parrots fishes have large in size from male

How you know blood parrot fish age

If you wanna  identify their age and if male older then female 

then he always tries to hit or attack females.

And when female older than male then they easily mate

Blood Parrot fish Body Shape:

Females' bodies are always around males. Males some time

look in round share not too much

Females are more rounded than males. So if you see the 

body shape you can find the difference

How to find blood parrot fish gender By Eye:

You have to notice in their eyes. male fish eye is darker than 

the female. Whos are male fish their eyeball color, fully dark

(almost Fully Dark)

But most of the time this technique not working cause it's rare to see

And for the female time, their eyes are not fully dark in their 

eye you often very light color yellow tone. And white spots 

obviously

  Examine blood parrot fish when spawning

 Males are more colorful during spawning, and they display 

more pink on the throat and behind the gills. Female fish are 

the ones laying the eggs.

  Observe the behavior of the parrot fish.
 

The male of a mated pair will dig a nest in a gravelly bottom, 

while the female patrols the perimeter of the nest.

 Once eggs are laid, the female will occupy the nest and the 

male will protect it from outside.

What you have to Do

When you confirm that the male and female then you have to 
notice about the temperature of their tank

And it's very important for any kind of fish not only for parrotfish

Next, you have  to care about the PH level of water in your fish tank

Do not overfeed them care full about it very much cause if your fishes are overfeeding then

Obviously your PH auto increate so fast which risky for their life.
