you can use normally parrot food which is available in the shop. But if possible for you, you can give them some time boiled chicken and goat liver
for that parrot, color glows more and grow fast. and if you want you can also provide them live food like little fishes gappy,moli and so on but its quite expensive
so I suggest you provide them normal foods which available in the shop which specially made for parrots.
if you give them food timely 2 to 3 times in a day in a fixed routine. and follow/careful the amount of food what you give them, be care full about the overfeeding
